Our vet doesn't offer over-night care so we found ourselves in need of an emergency service on a Sunday morning for our beloved cat who was becoming increasingly ill. We couldn't wait until Monday morning. We found the staff at the Emergency Clinic helpful and professional, and they provided much needed care at a critical point. Thank you.

We were so grateful for Barbara to see our dog today first thing early in the morning on a Sunday too!! She was very welcoming and was very kind to our dog. She put our mind at ease and gave some medication and Maggie even had some treats too.

Our 5mo puppy required a 48 hour period on a drip following snaffling mince pies a few days after Christmas. Our vet couldn’t offer this as it was New Years Eve but the team at South London Emergency Veterinary Clinic were able to help. We were absolutely delighted with the standard of care, and kindness and compassion that Michael and Maggie showed. We picked Suki up after 2 days back to 100%, and she had clearly had a lovely time - keen to go back in! She fell in love with the staff, lots of wags! We had regular phone updates and the cost was in line with what had been quoted. Would highly recommend them for emergency treatment. We’ve used them in the past for our cat Mojo and they were excellent then too, so good for both dogs and cats!

My dog ate three chocolate biscuits (double coated Tim Tams!) when I wasn’t looking and I called in a panic only having rescued our dog three months ago. Michael was very helpful, friendly and calculated the risk while talking me through what to look out for. This clinic is an out of hours contact for my local vet and I’m very thankful for their (and Michael’s) help!

Thank you for taking such a good care of our puppy after his stomach surgery due to ingestion of a huge chicken bone! Great thanks to Łukasz for all the love and compassion, our pup was extremely happy with your service! And then also a huge thanks for another emergency admission after another bone ingestion (we still can't believe) and going out of your way to find appropriate help for our pup! (Luckily this time the bone got expelled naturally.) Thank you for your hard work!
