WOW TERRIBLE PLACE AVOIDE IF YOU CAN!!! I Turned up with my daughter at 08:00 and I was still sat waiting at 11:00 I decided to asked the reception staff what was the approximate wait time only to be told the nursing team was having a staff meeting and they were short staffed as it was 🤯 why on gods earth have a staff meeting when you have patients needing to be seen I think they need a matron in there with common sense total joke of a place this building and it’s staff are severely letting the NHS name down if any senior management care to see this pull your socks up get a grip of the nursing team in this building and tell them there to miss a few tea and coffee breaks and care for the patients that are attending utterly terrible quicker in A&E fact! Plus I might add a student nurse I know said there very lazy when he was on placement there could do with an undercover boss visiting wish I could give zero stars

Reception staff were lovely, nursing staff not so much. Waited hours and hours with a chest infection only to be told they couldn't give me anything. I've always found nursing staff to be friendly, not here. Wouldn't go again, complete waste of a day. Don't bother, either hang on for your doctors to open or use A&E.

Terrible! I had an appointment booked at 1pm, turned up and they said they’d changed my appointment to Thursday. I didn’t receive any text or letter. They refused to see me saying “we’re busy” I said the waiting room is completely empty. The head nurse JOYCE, or as I call her “Kill JOY” because she’s so horrible, refused to do a simple redress of my ankle wound and I’m in a wheelchair, it’s important I get seen and I hadn’t been seen in 2 weeks. When I said it’s not busy at all there’s no patients here, she said “oh, we’re doing paperwork” so paperwork now comes before patients to JOYCE!!! I despise the NHS, it’s not the same anymore, nurses aren’t the same, heartless!! I had to come home and treat myself as the wait in A&E was 14 hours, pathetic!! I can’t sit in my wheelchair for 14 hours. So if my wounds get worse it’s on Joyce!!! Thanks for nothing JOYCE!! Bloody kill joy! Oh, and a little side note, they wouldn’t give me anything to treat myself, I had to buy bandages and manuka honey etc, cost a fortune! I’d give zero stars if I could.
