    My delivery drivers were brilliant and my rep was trying his best and actually quite an interesting and nice bloke ...... but their accounts dept..... well, they are something quite special. One word that I can publish for them is conceited. The other word begins with c and ends with s. So if you want to deal with a bunch of conceited c _ _ _ s then go right ahead and good luck to you!

    Absolute shambles of a company. Used to be alright and then it all started to go belly up 6 months ago. They now rarely have stock of anything and their accounts department has gone from being uncontactable to sending “URGENT - OVERDUE” chasing letters three days after delivery of goods. I’ve slowly moved all of my purchasing over to more reliable companies, but I’ve been unable to source one last product elsewhere. I’ll do without it because I can’t deal with these clowns any longer. Delivery drivers are great and always friendly, warehouse staff are great because mistakes are exceptionally rare, but the jokers at the top are going to be the authors of their own downfall. When a company is chasing £80 like they are, just three days after delivery of goods, you’ve got to question the liquidity of the company.
