Can't prebook an appointment and when your able to get a phone appointment they don't call on time......I was told I would be called at 4 so went to sleep (I work nights) Dr then called between 10.30 and 12 and left a sarcastic comment regarding making an appointment but not answering the call (phone on silent as sleeping) perhaps if they phoned on time, I would of answered. Now looking for a new surgery as this one's gone so far downhill I fear it won't be long before the death of a patient

Since changing hands this surgery has hit rock bottom. All the nice staff have left. I couldn’t believe it when I was told I couldn’t book an appointment for my son because he is over 18. It’s bad enough trying to get an appointment and now you cannot book for someone on their behalf. Appalling service.

From being a great surgery, this has now become a dissapointment. The new staff seem to keep you waiting on the phone for ever. Doctor doesn't phone back on time. The premises is falling apart, dark & dismal. Ask a question & you get excuses.

Rude receptionist's and can never seem to get an appointment. They ram down your throat they run a no advance booking policy however, they surely cannot fill all appointments by 8.10 in the morning.

Reception staff are lovely but if you need an appointment......don't hold your breath! Call at 8am and by time you get through appointments have gone....call 6.30pm for emergency doctor and your lucky if you get through ....indeed I was put through to laindon medical center as the phones had a problem!!!!!! Even after surgery with an infected wound, appointments are like gold dust and I've ended up at the hospital as in the two days of trying to get an appointment I developed sepsis........ For anyone unlucky enough to move into their catchment area......hope your healthy!
