Ring at exactly 8am everyday for an appointment, if your lucky! Then wait in a que of 30 patients to hear Appointments are gone for that day. I don't need one that day sometimes just want a doctor to ring to put a referral 2nd so nothing needs to be seen, I suffer with hand eczema for many years so I don't need to see a Dr they already know what my problem is. Receptioniat don't put this into consideration ever just say sorry there's nothing they can do. But - It's funny how you can do a e consult and get a phone call that day or the next to book you in for a appointment but they can't do this over the phone why? So what's the point in them being there? They won't be in jobs in the surgery for long because it really is pointless. Dr and nurses however are really good here. It's easier to do it online but just quicker over the phone in my case. I got a phone call 10 minutes after I done the e consult and got an appointment so it really is frustrating why they can't do it over the phone. However Dr's and nurses are really good here. They just need to sort out their receptionists roles out and help with more appointments that they seem to not see.
