Went there this morning the counter has been closed since end of March.. They have a board outside with all details on it for the customers....I Spoke to the nice guys who work there.. They still have 2 counter staff off due to vulnerable children. That's why the shop is closed... Whilst I was there a customer got very loud and very rude to the staff just because they said they can't help at the moment.. Customers need to understand the word NO ...
