I am a nervous patient and after my check up I needed 3 fillings. I had my appointment today with Dr Yassin and I can't thank her and the dental nurse enough. I was very nervous about the anesthetic having not had one before I didn't even feel it that made me feel much more relaxed. Thank you so much my teeth feel much better 🤩🤩🤩

After waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time, when the dentist did call me he also called 4 other patients to follow him to the room, complained to us that we had all been booked at the same time, and had the others wait outside the door while he rushed through my appointment in about 5 minutes, clearly wanting to get it done as quickly as possible. Several things were upsetting to the point I’m still thinking about it days later, including checking his watch in front of my face, telling me an extraction may be a better option than a root canal for me if I couldn’t look after my teeth, uncaring, rude and blunt answers to my questions and no advice at all about the pain which was my reason for booking. I’ve found a different dentist now and would advise anyone to do the same if you can.

I've been coming here for years and have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I think a lot of the negative comments should be sent to the NHS/MP's rather than on here. Whenever I've had a dental emergency, they've fit me in at a time that I can make - not just on their terms. The receptionist are great, very friendly and accommodating - as are all of the staff there. I can't say I've sat and waited for a long time to be seen but if I was I'd accept that appointments don't always run to plan and better that you get the treatment that you need than rushed out. Over the years I've had 2 teeth out, never with a problem. I only came here to see what time they open as I can't sleep thanks to a broken tooth and was appalled to see so many bad comments but typically people only make the effort when they want to complain so please bear that in mind whilst reading some of them. 5 stars all round
