Ordered two products, one was fine but the other (Alstroemeria tubers) was quite dry and crumbly when received. In hindsight I should have asked for a refund immediately, however instead I planted it in the hope it would recover. When it didn't I contacted the seller but was told there is no guarantee, refund or replacement, which is very disappointing.
