Taps run dry 2 evenings in a row, so we have no water at all. Then we get an email flyer telling us to use water for essentials only. Have to buy bottled water from the supermarket.

We keep trying to set up direct debit and they keep losing it and then sending reminders for bills they should have handled. They never send the original bill, only the reminder. (I guess that's so they can double dip.) They had to refit the meter and fitted it so badly it broke the pipes and flooded our kitchen, cut the electricity to the first floor and killed one outlet, as well as ruining food in the cupboards. They took no responsibility and left us to pay for the repairs. Nationalise water. Now. Because these clowns shouldn't be in charge of a plastic cactus.

Having moved into a property a year ago, I’ve had several teething problems with metre readings and leaks causing a high bill but on any occasion that I’ve had cause to ring them, they’ve been polite, helpful, kind and reassuring about rectifying them.. which they did. Bill adjusted, worry alleviated. My experiences with SE water have been truly positive, can’t fault them, they are by far the best utility company I’ve dealt with, I can’t thank them enough Angie Kent

I have done no work on the infrastructure for years and then wail when it all goes wrong. Terribly mis managed. Why not contribute to drain clearance to allow the water to get into your reservoirs and rivers rather than wailing all the time about empty reservoirs.
