Tom was very knowledgeable and straight forward and an email of the report was received the following day. He was able to verify the building material and construction which was something I had requested in addition. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend.

    Chose SE Surveyors as they were local to the house to be surveyed and I didn't want to go via a large national company that just sub contracts the work. They were also the cheapest quote. Responded to my email for a quote almost immediately and arranged through the agent to carry out the full level 3 survey within a short timeframe of being instructed. Received the 152 page survey from Tom, which was detailed and comprehensive, within 2 days of the survey. Not too difficult to read and with plenty of photos to support the text. Matters of concern clearly highlighted and recommendations for actions advised. Tom was available for a telephone consultation to clarify any matters I was not clear on. As a result of the survey my vendor agreed to carry out works on the roof prior to exchange which more than covered the cost of the survey itself and means I am moving into a property with no urgent matters to be attended to. Highly recommended company.
