I received a visit from Paul W. last month to help me with the energy bills and other household expenses. He and his coworker were extremely kind, respetful and understanding. We have a lovely chat and a detailed inspection of my apppliances. They found out some issues with my floor heating that was causing a waste of electricity in my house. After their visit my energy bills are halved!!!. They also advised me about other income help and water bills discount. I cannot say thank you enough! They are making the diference helping struggled families in SE London.

Just want to say a big Thank you to David Masters from Selce for all his help and support with the process of getting new heaters for my flat. David came in April 2002 and did the assessment and provided me with all the guideness and also helped me to apply for a grant with Warmer Homes London. Without his help we would not have gotten the grant to install the new heaters. He did a fantastic job!. This new heating system was installed in November 2022 just at the right time when temperatures started to drop significantly and also it is very efficient and keeps our flat nice and warm. My little son and myself are very thankful for all the help given to get a new heating system, much appreciated.

I listened to your CEO Dr Speciale on BBC London News on Sept 30th. She was supposed to be giving energy saving advice and I have never heard such unhelpful waffle on the subject. I can’t believe she is supposedly qualified on the subject. I don’t think she got over one helpful point and just kept stating the obvious. One of the most important things this winter is controlling our central heating use and it got one mention at the end – and what did she say. “oh and don’t forget to set your thermostats’ What???
