This was my second time hiring a hot tub from South East Hot Tubs and both times were great. Great experience hiring the Quattro hot tub this time. Were very prompt for delivery and collection. Staff gave simple instructions for adding chemicals to hot tub and it stayed clean for the whole weekend. Hot tub was easily big enough for 6 people. Definitely recommend

Fantastic first-time experience with South East Hot Tubs and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend! Faultless customer service from start to finish - Liz has to be one of the speediest responders to emails i've ever encountered! No question was ever too much and there was so much helpful info provided from the outset which reassured us that this would be an awesome experience (and considerably better than a previous one with a rival company which was awful). Speedy and efficient booking process and we really appreciated the company's ability to be flexible with drop-off and collection times. Chris was definitely the epitome of service with a smile on delivery and the demonstration/guidance was clearly relayed and easy to follow. The tub itself was clean and spacious and clearly well looked after. We had no concerns at all regarding contact and our ability to reach the company if we needed to (thankfully this wasn't necessary). We hired the tub to celebrate my parent's Ruby wedding anniversary as a surprise and it certainly didn't disappoint! Can't wait to hire the next one :-)

After being let down by another company for the relocation of my hot tub from Kent to Guildford in Surrey at the last minute I contacted South East Hot Tubs. My tub was due to be moved on a Sunday and I was let down on the Saturday before. I didnt think I had a chance of finding anyone who could help on such short notice on a Sunday. South East Hot Tubs agreed that they could do the move with this short notice. They turned up on time, were incredibly professional and friendly, and got the relocation and reconnection done quickly, efficiently and with no stress. I would advise anyone to use this company. Great job, great service and great guys
