I met Kieran by chance in a local builders merchants whilst looking to purchase some drainage parts. In the end I passed the work over to Kieran and the guys at South East Groundworks. The work was completed to a great standard and once finished was signed off by the local water utility company. I couldn't fault their work and their attitude and professionalism when onsite. I would certainly recommend them and use them again if another project arises.

Sadly I feel no other choice than to leave this review for this company here as they clearly have no intention of getting in contact with my parents whom they demanded and received £3600 (50% deposit) for work that they have not delivered. The work that this company has carried out has made their driveway worse and after Ricky visited and promised to rectify the work which he saw in person and agreed wasn't to an acceptable standard the company is now ignoring them. I just want to make others aware of this companies conduct in the hopes that it might save someone else a lot of time and money as it's not fair to others to be left in this situation with substandard work, unfinished and in a poor state. UPDATED: 15/6/19 In response to your reply, I attach the last email from Ricky as well as images of the substandard work, I think these speak for themselves. There was never any reason for you to think that funds would have been withheld should the job have been completed properly.
