Had the phone slammed down on me by their managing director after being held to ransom over an oven repair. Told "I haven't got time for this". Talked over and patronised. Threatened to give our part needed to another customer ! Engineer left a box full of old parts in the kitchen. As a long term customer who has always paid on account their attitude today was shocking Not what I would expect from a rational service partner and dont be fooled by the 5 star review as Stuart is one of their directors. Avoid.
