We had a really positive experience with SEAS. After having difficulty finding a structural engineer who would take on our complex loft conversion SEAS put us in touch with a company who undertook the work for us. Dan at SEAS was very good. He was a lovely guy, talked us through the design, made any changes we requested and dealt with the planning application. He was very proactive, kept us informed of what was going on and liaised with the builders and structural engineer whenever required. I have already recommended SEAS to a number of friends. Great job.

I have used James and Dan at SEAS since 2008 and have always been extremely pleased with the work they do on my behalf. Over the years, they have obtained planning permission for all kinds of projects including new houses, conversion of houses into flats, a new detached annexe, extension of a bed and breakfast and a few loft conversions. Over the years, I have worked with larger architectural practices but as a small developer, I felt I was just a number in the system. Dan and James make the experience a much more personal one and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone, whatever size project.

We are really pleased that we chose SEAS to help design our extension and guide us through all the stages. It’s been a rollercoaster of a journey due to a few ‘complex’ situations but Daniel B has always been 100% knowledgeable, he’s taken the stress out of our hands and importantly, he has been open and transparent about what we could and could not do. Daniel is always contactable for a chat and has adapted the design several times based on our specifications. The passion of all the staff at SEAS shines through in all that they do. We would certainly use SEAS again and will def be recommending them to friends and family.

We very much appreciated the support and guidance during what proved to be a somewhat protracted Planning Permission process.
