We've used South Down Trees now for two quite tricky jobs, requiring them to remove two very large beech trees that had become unsafe in an awkward residential setting closely surrounded by other properties. Throughout this time, Michael always responded promptly, communicated directly and honestly, and was unfailingly courteous. He gave us helpful advice whenever requested and all the information needed to assist us to make decisions without putting us under any pressure towards paritcular options. On the days the jobs were carried out, Michael and his team arrived promptly, worked incredibly hard throughout, and those in his team were a real credit the company and the way it is run. I would very much recommend South Down Trees for any relevant jobs as I just don't think you could do better.

The whole process was very well done form the clear contract and quotation through to the job itself. The South Downs Tree Services team did a great job cutting back the trees. Despite the poor weather on the day, they were a friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic group. They left the garden and driveway clean and tidy. I will certainly contact South Downs Tree Services on the next occasion that I need any tree work done.

PTS removed several stumps for us, we were so impressed that we asked them back to remove a Juniper and prune and shape an apple and Magnolia tree. Mike gave good advice filling out and filing the planning permission for us. (Conservation area) Friendly and professional PTS did a fantastic job in getting it done in great time. What impressed me the most was my garden looked tidier after he finished as he spent so long cleaning up with rakes, blowers and all manner of tools!! Thanks guys We’ve now had Mike and his gang out several times and they never disappoint! 5 STAR
