A great storage facility with Platinum Class service from Stuart. His advice on the finer detail in how to store items was really helpful. We found this facility so useful and easily accessible while moving and it gave us the additional flexibility of preparing the new property for a gradual and orderly move. Stuart was always there for us to handle any questions that we had and all the requisite documentation and handover of the keys at both ends of the rental period was simple and efficient. Thank you Stuart for such a helpful and supportive service that took away a lot of the usual stress of moving home.

Stuart and the team were able to organise two containers at short notice over the past year and have been been excellent with communication and pricing. The storage was clean, water tight and we had no issues with condensation. Locks and mechanisms were in good order and the site secure. It was good to have a number of businesses working in the nearby units which meant there was usually someone around through the day and often in the evenings. Couldn't ask for more.

This storage facility was exactly what I needed. I called a few sites before deciding on South Downs Storage and so glad I went with Stuart. He was helpful from the outset and assisted me throughout. Whilst I can't speak for all the units on site, my particular one was spotless, well sealed and dry. My biggest concern was belongings getting damaged; there was no need to fret. Having stored my belongings from Oct to April the cold period was not a problem. All items were removed in the same condition they went in. The handback was especially simple, with a months notice given, container was swept and the key left in an agreed location. Deposit was returned same day. Can't fault the quality of the service and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Stuart.
