From organising the church service and the crematorium, to getting the service sheets printed, everything was thoroughly professional and all that we hoped for. We had used Paul for my father's funeral 19 years earlier; it was good to find that Paul's standards have remained consistently high. We would recommend him without reservation.

    As a florist I deal with many different funeral directors on a daily basis (some of whom I’d much rather avoid) but I can honestly say that none (in the 32 years I’ve been working as a florist) has ever put themselves out the way these guys did to help us with an issue (not ours (or their) fault) however, it was one only we (the florist) could really solve in the end. They went above and beyond, putting their own day on hold for us to try and see if they could come up with a different solution which would help, and I cannot thank them enough. If they can be that attentive and act so professionally, thoughtfully and show so much consideration to a florist they have no ties to, and are not affiliated with, then I can only imagine how exceptional they must be when dealing with the bereaved and organising a family’s funeral requirements. I would have no problem in trusting them with my loved one’s final journey.
