    Terrible. No idea of customer service. The person that does their social media "James" seems to think it's their own personal stage. Report incidents, no interest at all. SDDC employees seem to think they make their own driving rules, Swad High Street is a one way street, yet the refuse lorries go the wrong way up the street every Friday morning, with a banksman. Complain to the council, nothing gets down.

    Council employees are some of the most arrogant bullies I have ever seen, who know their employer, as a rule of thumb, won't do anything about any matter concerning citizens, so they just bend the rules within their community as they please. Let's take for example an employee called R. Edson, who is scouting up and down her street for empty parking spaces on people's driveways, and then renting them out to her friends for some cash under the table. So home owners who have a driveway often find themselves with strangers' cars parked on their property or even blocked in/out, because Ms. Edson uses her status as a SDDC employee to cash some more pennies.

    Although they do respond, the level of professionalism is pathetic & I strongly believe there are people in positions here who have no idea how to do their job. As somebody who is homeless, I shouldn't have to stress the idea of them upping my banding & repeatedly explaining myself in emails. Pathetic!!

    It's disappointing that the actual needy disabled pensioners and people surviving on benefits will be the last to receive the £150 rebate as they can only apply for it through a form which has again been put back. You don't care about people just looking good to tourists and wasting money on that instead of looking the vulnerable in society.
