Really fantastic customer service, like I’ve never experienced elsewhere. I damaged one of my beautiful cuff links that my wife had brought me for a special occasion. I enquired to see if the team might be able to repair my item and at what cost. To my delight the item was replaced without charge due to the life time warranty and even sent the original item recognising it might be of sentimental value. Truly amazing team, will buy from again.
