I'm going to start off by simply saying - if you're pregnant, you should get your placenta encapsulated. I can't believe the difference between my recovery this time compared to my previous baby (I'd never even heard of placenta encapsulation for my first!). My bleeding stopped quicker, my milk came in quicker and I've felt so much more 'balanced' emotionally. Everyone tells me how well I look, and they may just well be being nice haha, but I feel so well! The biggest difference has been my energy levels. I had similar complications postpartum to my first, yet I still felt so much better, even with running around after a toddler, and I look back to my recovery the first time and just wish I'd had the capsules then too. Kimberley made the whole process so incredibly easy, from explaining the pack and providing information, to such a quick turn around collecting the placenta and delivering the capsules. I am so incredibly grateful to Kimberley, I can't have wished for a better recovery and I hand on heart believe the capsules are responsible for that. I will continue to rant and rave to everyone how brilliant it is, and if I'm lucky enough to have another baby in the future I will 100% be doing this again - I'd be daft not to!

When my wife said she was thinking about turning her placenta into tablets I honestly thought she was a little crazy. However, after doing some research, we found South Coast Placenta. Kimberley was extremely helpful in explaining the benefits and helped reassure us with her expert knowledge. The whole process was clearly explained and really straight forward. I couldn't reccomend this service more to any soon to be parents. Kimberley was always at hand to answer any questions was really helpful. The pick up and delivery of the placenta/tablets was smooth and easy even if our baby arrived at the early hours of the morning. 10/10 would reccpmend.

Kimberly was amazing, there was excellent communication throughout the process and particularly during my wifes labour. When it was the time for collection, Kimberly drove the best part of an hour to collect at 1AM, which was far above what needed to be done. The collection kits were very easy to use and initially I thought the process may cause more stress on an already very stressful day, but it did not. Delivery of the placenta capsules was also very rapid and to our front door, which really helped in the first few days of little sleep. Cannot recommend Kimberly for placenta encapsulation enough.

Kimberly was absolutely amazing throughout my whole process. I met her initially at a baby fayre event and she answered any and all questions I had about encapsulation and her products. When I decided to give it ago and booked in with her (4 weeks before I was due) she was so easy to get in touch with and communicate with. She made sure I had everything I needed going into hospital for what she needed to do, stayed in constant communication and made sure I knew what I wanted and explained it all tomorrow. I gave birth close to midnight and she got straight into her car to come and collect my placenta, baring in mind I was in Southampton and she was in Fareham. Kimberly had my capsules ready less than 48 hours later and delivered them to my door so I could start taking them immediately. Kimberly goes that extra mile and I'm so glad I met in with her to book in. I feel more energized and less hormonal taking my placenta capsules, they're definitely worth a try!

Wow 𤊠Placenta encapsulation is a must for anyoneâs postpartum recovery! I cannot encompass in one single review just how good these tablets made me feel. Considering lack of sleep from a newborn and having a 2 year old to run around after, I felt so much more energetic than I anticipated. My milk came in on day 2 which was sooner than my first baby and my supply has been wonderful. I have experienced no low mood, tears or anything. The best postnatal gift you can give to yourself or to someone you know expecting a baby. All made even more special by the fact that Kimberley is very attentive and passionate about what she does. Kimberley is very approachable and makes the process so smooth from first enquiry to delivering the storage bag to collecting the placenta and then we couldnât quite believe how quickly the pills made their way to me after giving birth so I could start benefitting from them!! Kimberley was totally amazing, i had a little bit of a traumatic birth & it took me a while to get round to messaging Kimberley. She completely made me feel as ease and was totally flexible as I originally ordered both types of capsules however my placenta was stained with meconium so we ended up doing the steamed capsules. I had planned a home birth but got rushed into hospital & therefor forgot the cool bag and blocks. I offered to send them back but Kimberley hand delivered the capsules and collected both. Ive been taking the tables for two weeks & the difference between my first pregnancy and this time is amazing. I had hardly any baby blues & i believe its really helped my milk supply. Overall i feel they have really benefited my recovery. I would 1000% recommend to anyone and everyone.

I felt so much better this time round, after my second birth, despite having a traumatic time losing 2.5 litres of blood and having suspected sepsis after birth and the only thing I can put it down to was the capsules. They definitely helped my recovery- even the hospital were surprised with how quickly I felt better. The whole process with Kimberley from start to finish was clear and easy to follow, even for my husband, post birth! The capsules were delivered to me on the labour ward and that extra boost before I went home was just what I needed before returning home to a toddler with a new baby! I cannot recommend using Kimberley enough to anyone who is about to have a baby and is thinking about placenta encapsulation! đđ xxx

I would recommend Kimberley to everyone and anyone that would like to have their placenta encapsulated, it is one of THE MOST beneficial things you can give yourself after having a baby, the service that Kimberley provided from start to finish was seamless and straight forward, the first time I had it done I had to get my own storage containers etc however this time the stress of finding the right size container, ice packs etc was taken away from me and I was also rewarded with an umbilical cord heart keepsake and a lovely balm that feels so lovely on hospital dry lips when you come home. Thank you so much for collecting my placenta and delivering my goodies so promptly and perfectly.

I am so fortunate in that Kimberley is my big sister and kindly made me a smoothie package with all the trimmings after the birth of little Frankie. I have always been proud of Kim as she is so passionate about what she does and her working on my placenta was no exception. She arrived at the hospital to pick the placenta up within minutes and brought me back my first smoothie within a couple of hours and it tasted delicious. The next day she arrived with 3 beautiful placenta prints, a gorrrgeous framed cord keepsake, a mother and baby balm and a facial oil. For the first few days I had a smoothie every day then I had one every other/every two days. My mood has been great and I havenât suffered from the âbaby bluesâ which I am so pleased about. My energy levels are good and my milk supply is great - I have a fridge full of expressed milk and after only two weeks I donât have any bleeding!
