I am surprised at the low ratings from some people. I have experienced kindness from all the staff. My Doctor has been superb and helped me through my issues. The Nurses have been friendly and experienced. The secretarial staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Sometimes I have had to wait for my appointments, but not too long. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Went few times to change my dressing and GP and Nurse didn't wanted to listen what I was saying. Also I have been provided with proper gauze and other bits to change it and they didnt want to use it they refused and put something else instead which is complete uncomfortable. 0 Competence and skills on both GP and NURSE! Will never ever come back to same place! Few year old child understands more then those all combine together! Shame!
