Guarantee not worth paper it is written on. Mr Cummins installed a fibre glass flat roof about 17 years ago, on my mother's property. The installation carried a 20 year guarantee. A small repair is now needed. When first telephoned Mr Cummins promised to drop round within 2 weeks (that was in June 2018). He did not, and I have been unable to contact him since - no response to emails, texts or phone calls. The date is now September 2018 - that is over 3 months!

AVOID! had a flat roof fiberglassed paid more for the 'better/longer lasting' option with 20 year guarantee which leaked within a year. When we called them to repair we were told they would come out several times but never showed up and now they no longer answer calls or emails.
