Visited on the 1st September 2022 with my two children, 16 and 13 and hired 2 kayaks and a SUP for an hour. The equipment was of a very high standard and looked well maintained. The two staff, fern and unfortunately ive forgotten the name of her colleague, were very friendly and informative and run us through the health and safety procedures. There is an area for getting change with showers and a toilet which was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone with a few hours to spend, on the beautiful harbour.

My son visited here as part of a kids adventure day in the summer holidays. He had a great time with paddle boarding, climbing and caving among other activities and was thoroughly exhausted afterwards. Only negative was having to hang around past the normal start time due to staff not having arrived by 9am. Car park (for drop off) is free for 30 minutes but can be pretty busy if it's a nice day

Excellent 2 day sea kayaking course last week, tutored by Darren. Very professional, enthusiastic and helpful company. We were complete novices and yet he had us kayaking miles, under his positive encouragement, clear guidance and obvious awareness of time, tide and weather. An added bonus was the fabulous scenery in Poole harbour and his local knowledge of the islands and wildlife that we were passing. Highly recommend South Coast Adventures. The whole team went out of their way to be helpful, and were bouncing with enthusiasm!😊👏

Located within Hamworthy Park, Always fancied a go at SUP, and this was a great place to sample it within the harbour area. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable. No drill Sargents here Relaxed affordable and safe fun, did SUP and kayaking over a couple of days. Full on site facilities including showers. Cafe in the park for nearby snacks, lovely little beach and children's play areas. Allowing you chill out after your time with the adventures team. Thank you for the excellent experience my family and I had, we will be back. Highly recommended

Easy to book. Excellent communication via email when we had to rearrange due to weather multiple times. Kids had a great time. Everything was in good condition and the area we used kyakes and paddleboards was perfect for kids as it was not to large and felt very safe.
