Do not work for this practice if you care about your mental health worked here as a receptionist for 4/5 months the place is rundown and far from professional. I was bullied by the owner first time I met him I got told to move my car so he could have his Bentley on drive if you don’t agree to something then you are told you’re replaceable. After I quit because of this toxic workplace they refuse to pay me and blackmail me with saying I can have my money if I come back which I still havnt had over a grand back from them. Multiple staff have left after a short period of time and even got told on interview “your not gunna leave are you everyone leaves” RED FLAG only one staff member stuck around as the owner decided to have a romantic fling with his dental nurse over 10 years younger than him very professional…. NOT. Just avoid this at all cost as a member of staff and patient. This place should be shut down.

I've been trying to get an appointment with this practice since April 2022 all of them cancelled, last time I called hey said they don't have a dentist! This was in November. I keep trying to call them but no answer and no return call.

After a good start, this Dentist has gone downhill fast. My partners initial appointment was cancelled four times in a row. My children’s appointment also cancelled. My partner was told there is no Dentist and was booked into an alternative Southcliff dental group, Dentist, which then cancelled their appointment for her and the kids. I’d be embarrassed to be running this business. I emailed Southcliff dental group to express my frustration and the email was not responded to

What a joke of a dental practice!. made 7 appointments over an 18 month period. every appointment cancelled by them the day before due. Turns out they dont have a dentist!!!. This place should have its licence removed. Do not waste your time with them.

Don't even bother with this Dental practice if you can even call it that! I filled some application forms in to join but got told I can't book an appointment until 6months time as they don't have a dentist. What Dental surgery doesn't have a Dentist. And not only that, I managed to get an appointment with the Hygienist there but got completely messed around. They changed my appointment then cancelled it. When I tried to call numerous times they don't answer the phone and never replied to my voicemail message I left. I have sinced booked a Hygienist elsewhere. Avoid this place, it should be closed really.

My appointment was cancelled over a week ago and I’ve called many times since with no answer at all. I have also left my name and number and no one has got back to me. Not sure if this practice is even still open because they don’t seem to be doing any appointments or answering the phone.

Unless you want your appointments cancelled don't bother! Ended up being taken off of their books because they were temporarily closed but claimed I missed the appointment? Didnt tell patients that they were closed. Overall just very poor communication.

Been going to this Dentist for years,this present set up has been the best yet,friendly/polite & explain what needs to be done & given all options other NHS & Private, UP DATE,From June 2022 they have cancelled every appointment they have made with me,Text the day before to tell not to forget my appointment, then text/phone the next day to cancel,rebook,and cancel again,how can you run a Dental practice with no Dentist,Oh I know I'm NHS
