    The receptionist is very nice and the treatment my niece received was good, however the dentist and nurse we saw were very stressed. They were both kind but the dentist was having to train the nurse and do the treatment at the same time. I felt sorry for both of them.

    DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! they are nasty and vile. working here for the last 4/5 months has made my mental health so much worse. the way they treat there patients and everything. Everyone leaves due to mental health and then doesn’t end up getting paid or getting paid wrong. After all the trauma i went through i still offered to do my notice but even being back one day I just can’t do it. the way the owner treats everyone is vile aswell didn’t pay numerous practices because “they didn’t meet there targets” which is illegal. I kept my mouth shut about so much but now i will not. Now i see why the patients hate this pratice and why everyone has a bad word about them.

    I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and used to be OK. Problems with cancelled appointments during the pandemic, but that's understandable. However I have now been phoning them everyday for over a week. No one answers, so last week I left messages for someone to phone back as I need to cancel and rearrange an appointment. No one has returned the calls. Have also sent an email but no reply either. Over the past 3 days you cannot even leave a message, it says the voicemail is full. I am wondering if it has closed down?

    No idea why they have phone system as they never use it either to answer calls or respond to 5 voicemails I have left...disappointing as soon my issue will become an emergency if not addressed!

    Absolutely shocking service. I have never had an appointment that wasn't canceled. They refuse to return emails and phone messages to rebook and expect everyone to just drop their plans or work to meet their schedule. I am an NHS patient as I am a student teacher so genuinely need the NHS service. But this practice just let's me down again and again and again. They are very clearly prejudiced against their NHS patients and have obviously over subscribed their practice. I might have forgiven this if the dental work they did was actually good. Instead the work done is awful, I had one filling that fell out within 48 hours and when I contacted to book I was told they were so booked up I'd be better waiting until my next appointment (in 6 months!!) And the work on another tooth was so bad it damanage the tooth which broke eating a piece of bread!!!!!!!!! There is a lack of care, compassion and knowledge with this practice. I am making a dental negligence claim now but even then they refuse to contact me.

    We waited over a year for NHS treatment that they were still advertising when we arrived at the clinic - despite clearly having no ability to provide NHS care. Our appointment was a complete waste of time - with a dentist who was leaving and could not follow up with our treatment anyway. We were told if we were really in pain - get back in touch. We've been sent a complaints procedure which they seemingly can't be bothered to follow or respond to. Refund the money we paid for a complete waste of time - and stop advertising NHS care when you clearly have no ability to provide it.
