    Partner Had an appointment Saturday, with an abscess and face looking like a golf ball, apparently they couldn’t see it, temporarily filled the tooth and said it does need removing once the infection (they said he didn’t have) went. However didn’t provide antibiotics and didn’t remove the tooth so now his face has doubled in size and still in as much pain. Tried calling constantly however no one seems to pick up. Waste of £25 and wouldn’t recommend

    I'd like to say a big thank you to dentist, Mina, and assistant, Emma, for their professional care when dealing with my broken tooth at the beginning of 2023. I came in as an emergency patient and left with a super looking semi-permanent filling which gave me back my smile and confidence to boot! A great job done by kind and conscientious experts in their field. I look forward to seeing them both again; hopefully on a regular visit next time! My thanks once again.

    I went to this dentist today (04/01/2023) for four fillings. I am an extremely nervous patient after a dreadful experience with a dentist when I was a child. When I was called in to the dentists’ room I was absolutely terrified and was physically shaking. Emma, the dental nurse was brilliant, calming me down just by her manner and attitude and made me feel as if I was the only patient in the world. Meena, the dentist, was also amazing and she too helped calm me down. When she started drilling my teeth she was so gentle and caring it was like a breath of fresh air. Why aren’t all dentists like this?And all the time Emma the dental nurse was by my side, holding my hand and with words of encouragement. To cut a long story short, my teeth were filled with no dramas. Meena the dentist, and Emma the dental nurse are lifesavers, and are an absolute credit to South Cliff Dental Practice in Broadstairs. Thank you so much girls. I’ll never be nervous again all the time these two ladies are looking after me!

    The review was done in May 2022 (was asked to take the name out for legal reasons). There has since been a new dentist and I am a little happier, so have upped the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I was with this dental practice for about 15 years. It WAS good until recently. The lady who answered the phone (name taken out) was rude and did not give adequate information for the service. She told me that there was no emergency service available and asked me to call back daily. I asked if there are any appointments other than my normal appointments and she said that my usual dentist is on maternity leave and the only other dentist was all booked up. Then I asked if I could phone up daily in the morning and she said that I didn't qualify for emergency appointment as I had asked for availability of a normal appointment. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL. NO AVAILABLE DENTIST WHEN YOU NEED THEM!!!

    I wish 0 stars were possible. This place is not convenient at all. My last dental cleaning appointment (I booked 6 month ago) was cancelled by them few times due to their other priorities and the day which I have an appointment, I called them to ask if we can postpone or cancel since I was sick and they told me they will charge 50% of the full price due to last min notice. They even said I have to prove negative PCR test, if not I have to go there it does not matter I have covid like symptoms (not good place to go during covid obviously if they have this approach to everyone, unless you want to catch some virus) They call themselves self employed rather than a dentist! and obviously try to get as much money as possible of their clients Don't think they appreciate customer care The practice manager was rude and very aggressive and hope they will do something about it Not recommended at all - Much better, actual dental clinics around!

    Absolutely fantastic service. The reception staff a blond lady and a brunette are amazing nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything in simple terms and answer all questions. As a very nervous and anxious patient I can't speak highly enough. The dentist is gentle and brilliant I don't feel a thing and would not want to go anywhere else.

    My family and I have been with this practice for several years, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. I know recently there has been a staff shortage and we have had appointments cancelled due to this, however, the receptionists have always done their best to rearrange appointments to suit us as a family.
