Appalling service!! Had a trailer booked in for 2 weeks as moving house from Yorkshire to Scotland and on the day there was snow in the morning. But by the time we went to collect the trailer, the snow was melting and no more forecasted. When we arrived to collect and the gates was locked only to be greeted by a gentleman from inside the yard, who advised us he wasn’t hiring the trailers out as he didn’t want any damage due to snow!! Not even a phone call in the morning to advise. Left us totally stuck for the move!! Would never use or recommend again. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to to post!!!

What an utter shambolic business, the old gentlement that seems to run this place I think his name is Graham, is nothing short if an exceptionally rude man who seems to forget who the customer is. I had the misfortune to have issues with my trailer en-route to our holidays, the AA recovered and took us to Swillington Trailer Centre where we were met by Graham who did nothing but chastise me for the state of my trailer. After much moaning and groaning it was established the work required could not be done immediately and I was required to leave my trailer while on holiday for the work to be carrtied out. All my details were provided and explained I was from Scotland and would like the trailer repaired and ready for collection on my return from holidays 2 weeks later. Uupon arriving back in the UK 2 weeks later I called and spoke to a very rude Graham who once again had done nothing about the apparent additional work discovered that was required for the trailer, neither had he bothered to call and tell me this. I requested a quote for all works required. 2 weeks later I still had not heard back so I called again to yet again be told off for leaving home with my trailer in the state it was, Graham had a go at me as there was only 2 of them at the site in a very rude manner, I asked if he had forgotten I was a customer or did he think I was some family member he had the right to tell off!! This was met with being told I should just collect my trailer un-repaired. I may just be a woman and my trailer may just be something small used for holidays but I WAS a customer after all. Have never EVER been spoken to by someone this way in my entire life. Utterly disgusting way to conduct business and I am sure to tell the AA NOT to pass on any further business.

I won't use again which is a shame as at first impressions were good. Owner Blames me for a tyre that's done 100s and 100s of miles each day. Stole 60 pound out of my 100 deposit to cover the cost of a tyre U can get these tyres for 30 pound and it wasn't my fault his trailer caused the damage to the tyre as u can see by pictures a big peace of metal come lose and destroyed the tyre. Regardless owner shared no blame and charged me unfairly.
