We used Tom and the team for our daughters wedding in May 2018 using a 15m x 36m aluminium framed Marquee with covered cloakroom, green room and kitchens along with solid wooden floor and glass panels and clear gable ends, the attention to detail and can do attitude made the whole experience wonderful and we could relax and enjoy the whole experience Everyone Tom recommended from the heating company to lighting and sound specialists were equally impressive Very happy for Tom to give out my contact details if anyone would like a reference

The Imperfectly Perfect Parent
Absolutely disgusted with the service received by this company. We were shown pictures of stunning marquees filled with drapes and twinkly lights and received in our opinion, a dirty 'tent' with creased material and mismatched different height, shakey steps down to an aisle which I fell down on my wedding day during the ceramony. They ended up having to go away and come back to try and find a solution to the problem with steps because they initially hadn't brought the right equipment. Two elderly people needed assisted to the side of the marquee and down the grass as the stairs were too dangerous to use and several of our guests fell attempting to use the steps to the Ceramony area. We also asked for no sides on the marquee but to ensure this was safe for our daughter who had just started walking. Not only did they agree to all of our requests but they ensured us that there would be a likeness to the pictures we had shown them. Once erected and we had committed to them we were notified the day before our wedding that they no longer could have the sides open in the middle of summer because it would be unsafe for our child and they didn't have sufficient balustrades to ensure her safety - this was something they initially told us would be 'no problem'. They then dropped the bomb shell that the stairs were causing such a hassle that they may need to 'improvise.' The marquee was a hot house during the day due to the sides being unable to open. Fortunately the weather was nice enough to spend the afternoon outdoors until it cooled down but sadly it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures we had exchanged during our meetings. They then tried to take us to court to charge us for the marquee that we feel they miss-sold us. We received rude, unprofessional and obnoxious emails with personal references to ourselves during the battle to fix our predicament. We said we were willing to put the situation behind us if they accepted fault but we didn't even receive an apology. Instead they appointed their solicitor to hound me in the latter stages of my pregnancy - threatening me to pay or they would take us to court which would subsequently fall around the time I would be caring for our new born. This unfortunately led us to settle and pay. Please feel free to contact me for realistic pictures of their work. I have never left a bad review on a company before, however I would also not forgive myself for allowing this to happen to someone else because we were too scared to speak up. The fact is, it was nothing to do with the money but the principle of it all. I believe they have the ability to create lovely marquees as seen on their portfolio, unfortunately in our case due to it being a smaller event they did not give us the quality of service and dedication that was sold to us, they weren't able do to what they promised on our specific location and rather than sending us to someone that could, they agreed to do it anyway. We were fortunate enough to have an amazing team in every other way who attempted to cover up the poor quality of the marquee we were given but are out of pocket by thousands in order to avoid a court case we so desperately did not want after our wedding day.
