    I was unwell while in Winchester on a break. This happened in a restaurant in Winchester. Can only say the crew who attended were thorough and very caring and friendly. I did not go to hospital but they gave me good advice. My episode was related to my recent Covid infection. The crew were Jonah and the lady with him who was great but I am sorry I cannot recall her name. My thanks to them both.

    Disgusting experience with 999 call handler. Rude and no compassion for someone clearly in distress. The paramedics who eventually turned up 30 minutes after a suspected heart attack where so kind though. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Great paramedics, can't fault them, but 3 hours waiting for an ambulance to securely lift an elderly person who had fallen outside is terrible. Head injury and broken bones, waiting in the cold and dark for an ambulance when you are told you are classified as priority, awful.
