Apparently being suicidal is not a life threatening emergency, left person feeling even worse, worthless and more suicidal.depression like any other long term illness is not a choice and they have got to stop discriminating against those with mental health illness.

Terrible. Raised a complaint over a month ago after unprofessional treatment by one of their staff members. Nobody contacted me with an explanation. Called last week to follow up. Forwarded to voicemail where I left details. Despite voicemail saying two days I'm still waiting for a response.

Jazz and Alan made what could have been a stressful and uncomfortable time, SO much easier! They were kind, caring, professional, and hugely impressive, in every way possible! I struggle to put into words just how much better they made my 'having to go to hospital in a pandemic' experience! From the bottom of my heart, thank you both! You are hero's every day, and most definitely on the day I met you!

Thank you so much to Rob and Cat, who turned up so swiftly yesterday when my husband had a problem with his sight. They were caring, thourough, friendly, calming, reassuring and didn't leave until they knew that they had covered every base. They were really nice people to talk to too. Penny Jones

Thank you to the two paramedics(one was a student) & nurse who took my husband, who had cellulitis, to St Richards, Chichester last Friday. They were very professional and caring, I went in the ambulance with him as we are both in our 70's and were exhausted trying to cope with his recovery at home.
