Terrible visit today as we arrived 5 mins early for our 10am appointment with our newborn baby but then had to wait 50 mins to be seen for an 8 minute long appointment! No warning of huge wait ahead when we arrived at reception either which is not easy to deal with when we planned feeding and changes so carefully to be on time and fit with out alloted time. Hoped to share feedback and suggestions via official NHS channels too but that process failed - website let me spend ten minutes entering a complaint but said I must validate my email address first. I never received the link to do so but have checked the email entered was accurate. We've seen some great midwives and nurses through this process but those in charge of NHS policy planning and technology management need replacing or support in performing much better.

Ignoring the treatment received or the staff or waiting times. This review is solely for blue badge parking. It is a complete joke. If you have serious problems walking this place is not for you as you will have to walk 150 metres to get to the reception are from where you park. The design and layout of this hospital has totally disregarded the needs of people with disabilities. The person who deigned this layout should be prosecuted.

Incredibly rude nurse at the front desk of the urgent care centre, wouldn’t give my wife the time of day, skipped past her questions or gave sarcastic rude responses. We left there feeling very badly treated, ironic for a place whose main job is to make people feel better.

Extremely rude nurse who basically refused to help. I’ve had this issue for 4 weeks and she basically pushed it off as nothing.
