Firstly it is very quiet ( when we were there) lovely to hear the birds singing. But it is a very long way out of town 20 min walk very steep on the return leg bus is a bit spasmodic. Had a premium van but the one gas hob and grill did not work reported this but nothing was done . don't think we'll return

The caravans are comfortable and clean. The site is quite out of season and the grounds are kept very tidy. There is a good pool which is partly open air with a small flume for children. Play area and small crazy golf. There are great sea view walks over looking Berry Head and surrounding cliffs and very dog friendly. The Club house is modern tidy and has a lovely outside area. Lots of entertainment and bingo for all.

Site was nice, yes it's down a little lane , but no major issues, I didn't find the site that hilly, yes there is hills but its Devon, we booked a platinum caravan, where it was new it didn't feel like a platinum caravan compared to other caravans we been in , In the past with them. Entertainment was good , we didn't eat on the site
