Terrible customer service. Awful experience. So many cool places to buy gear, avoid this place at all costs . I lost £500 deposit at this place, during covid. Was offered credit note by owners son. Still waiting. Drumshack, toms drum shop, drum shop. All better options with excellent customer service.
