Made the mistake of ordering a print as a birthday present from Sound and Vision Gallery. After being told it had been sent, I received an email saying it had been sent to another customer in error and the seller tried to get me to accept another print, which I declined. Tried to resolve but couldn't get any replies to emails for more than two weeks. PayPal ended up giving me a refund as they also didn't reply to the emails from PayPal (I see on their Facebook that they ask for Friends and Family payments - be wary as PayPal won't cover you with that type of payment).
