I’ve attended many boutique spin studios in London and was excited to try soulCycle. The class lacked variety and the instructor swore unnecessarily throughout the work out which I found very annoying. Psycle and 1rebel provide much better workouts. The class lacked variety and I feel focused on style over substance. Facilities were good, however, as a new visitor, I had to ask where to change and how to get water, which was disappointing for such ‘high end’ studio.

I think the class was alright, nothing you won't get in any other spin class. I felt the staff were a bit rude and abrupt in helping you into the bike; getting you settled in or directing where the changing rooms are, which was a negative experience before even starting the spin. the instructor was really good but felt a little bored half way - it was supposed to be artist vs artist which you would expect to be more a duel but it was a standard playlist. Wouldn't try again anytime soon

Unfortunately not a great experience at all. Class started before we could even adjust the bike ! The instructor just tuned the lights completely off ! Then came around with a torch to assist! No variety terrible class , overall very disappointing 😣

Was an OK experience, but for the price it should be better! Pros: - Staff is kind - Great playlists, and I like the themed classes they have (e.g. all Taylor Swift music or all 2000s music). - The instructor was enthusiastic and fun! Cons: - Changing rooms are small and cramped in comparison to other boutique exercise studios - They don’t sell water bottles and instead give you a steel water bottle that you can fill up at a tap. Great - environmentally friendly! But they charge £2 for this, and you have to return it when class is finished. This price feels unnecessary and if you’re offering reusable bottles that clients have to go fill up themselves, why not do so for free? - All the bikes are on the same level (or at least the first two rows were), and are positioned right behind each other. The people in the front row were tall so I couldn’t see the instructor for most of the class, not see myself in the mirror to ensure I was doing it right. - The music was WAY TOO LOUD. I am not noise sensitive and never ever had this issue before, but I was conscious how loud the music was during class and both my friend and I walked out being unable to hear each other well for the hour after class, as too much loud noise exposure (this is due to bending of the stereocilia in the ear). I honestly believe repeated visits could risk permanent damage. The studio does provide ear plugs though! - There is no juice bar or protein shake bar, which would’ve been nice to buy after class! That’s just a minor detail though! Overall, SoulCycle is a decent spin class but I find it neither lives up to the hype or price, and I feel there are a multitude of better spin studios in London. I fear this studio is not being innovative enough or thinking about small details, instead choosing to feed off the SoulCycle brand and hype built in NYC.

This branch is nice, clean and our trainer was good, the vibe is super 👌🏼 When I compare it to my NY experience; there they provide water bottle on each bike, in London soho there was a water dispenser and no water bottle provided during the class so imagine the thirst Another thing I’m not sure if there’s any lockers room guidelines but some females were fully nude! Dunno if that’s acceptable or not

Great class but after fighting my way through a changing room that is way too overcrowded and small, barely being able to get dressed without smashing into at least 3 other women, sat in the over crowded basement room with another 50 people squeezed on a bike in every possible angle and corner, spinning on a peloton in private sounds bliss!
