I have been having aromatherapy massage and reflexology with Michelle for the past year. She is so lovely and calming as a person and the reflexology especially is incredibly relaxing. I had never had reflexology before but was searching for something to help with my anxiety and wellbeing when I was unexpectedly diagnosed with breast cancer. We booked in with Michelle because she had been trained for performing massage and reflexology for cancer patients and even though it was a bit of a drive from where we live was so worth it. I arranged appointments about a week after each chemotherapy treatment and it really helped me to have something to look forward to to get through those hard weeks. It also helped me let go of the stress and anxiety following each treatment. It also was so helpful to me that Michelle would check in with me each time before she began the session and I've never felt rushed. She's a genuinely caring and calming person and I didn't feel I was given that kind of support to my wellbeing from the NHS or any of the charities. I don't know what I'd have done without her and without reflexology during that challenging time. In addition she also made me scent sticks to help with nausea & anxiety. Thankfully I am now finished treatments with no evidence of disease and I still visit Michelle regularly for reflexology. She is so reasonably priced and offers so much. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything Michelle!
