Misleading delivery times. Ordered a rug on a week long lead time, to then be told via email its 10 days, to now be told its 4-5 weeks. If I had known it's this long, I would never bothered and ordered from someone who doesn't import it and has them in stock. Customer service basically washes their hands off it now, sending me tracking info when they themselves gave me the wrong information to start with. Disappointed.

Bought a fair few cushion covers, some were disappointing as they were quite thin for the price. I was expecting them to be thick and high quality due to them being very expensive. Tried to send some back as they were described as white but when they came they were actually grey. No one responds to emails to be able to return. So I’m now stuck with cushion covers that cost me nearly £100 due to lack of customer service after purchase. Won’t buy again
