absolute massive SCAM, i bought volume 2 of heartstopper expecting a book to come in the post as a physical copy of the book as i had to include my home address in the detail before purchase, DO NOT order from this website it is just a powerpoint of the book/s you purchase from here sent to your email, i would give 0 stars if i could, i tried constantly to get a refund and they eventually stopped replying to me and i did not receive any refund at all. DO NOT BUY!!

ONE BIG SCAM please do not order anything from this company, you will think that you have ordered a book, and then once they have received your money you will find out that you have brought a download. And please don't even bother asking for a refund because you won't get on. It's scam this company is not even on the companies house website, despite them saying that there office is in Birmingham, did I say office sorry its a council flat

I ordered a book as it stated it was hardback format. I got sent a download and was told that even though no where on description did it state this was a download that I needed to click on additional information. This is misleading and false advertising and they won’t give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting service.

Can't leave no stars, would like to.. This site is a total con. I ordered book for mum b'day. Assuming it was an actual book because I used the option of having it delivered to a different address. Was told after enquiry it was a digital copy. Didn't receive that either. Now I'm being ignored. It's a total scam. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save your hard earned money.
