Absolutely appalling treatment of potential candidates. No response to applications even when skillset is a match. No response to emails or phone calls and some of the “vacancies” have been up on their “jobs board”, for over two years. Steer clear if you genuinely want a job.

I write this review with a heavy heart, after bending over backwards to be flexible and attend an interview at VERY short notice, I contacted Ben for feedback 48 Hours Later after being promised feedback 24 hours after the interview (it is now over a week since interview and my email has been ignored and no update has been given) I appreciate feedback isn't always readily available but I received no response from Ben to even acknowledge my email or give me any updates. I just found this really bad practice and left a bad taste in my mouth after trying to be the perfect candidate. It's all about providing a top class candidate experience, communication is key on both parts.
