Can’t get to see a Doctor No matter what had an infection in my eye they just give me drops without even seeing me. The receptionist just said it was hayfever am 40+ years old I’ve had hayfever most my life I know it wasn’t hayfever but they don’t like it when you say that to them and put the phone down. They blame everything on Covid even though Covid has finished and everybody else is running there business as normal . I also don’t like the way you have to tell the receptionist what your problem is there not a doctor so why ?

Reception staff are horrendous level of care for patients is zero! patients neglected by reception staff and doctors! waiting for test results for over 3 weeks now have to wait another 5 days for a doctors call!!!!!! supposed to have a call back to speak to a doctor rang them 3 times to be told the doctor has rang me?????? Absolutely not at all has anyone tried to call me I take multiple calls throughout the day and no one ever has trouble contacting me but this surgery does!!!! Never no appointments to see an actual doctor!!!!! But never anyone actually in the surgery!!!! Get told prescriptions are ready for collection go to collect, get told at the manned door buzzer no prescription is ready !!!!!!( it would be easier gaining entry in to strangeways) the surgery needs to change its reception staff and management as the level of care that they offer to their clients is lower than low I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and never have i known anything as bad as what it is now!!!!! Also still using the coronavirus as an excuse as well!!!!
