I wish I had read all the reviews before I had ordered. I guess I trusted Not on the High Street to assure the quality of their partners. They advertised a personalised product to arrive before Mothers' Day so I ordered. I had to change the delivery address on the same day as the order and they confirmed the change. days went by with the order remaining 'confirmed' despite their confirmation saying dispatch and delivery dates were before Mothers' Day. I messaged several times questioning why the status hadn't changed, only after the second chaser on Friday did they change status to dispatched - at 4.52pm on the Friday before Mothers' Day. Delivery expected the Tuesday AFTER Mothers' Day... No communications from them - they didn't even answer the call from the Not on the High Street Customer Services Assistant. They really should remove this company form their site. Had they bothered to communicate I could have arranged something else but nothing... thanks, hope Sophie and her team are proud.

Bought a personalised gin glass from their notonthehighstreet shop. Bought online on a Tuesday and paid for their 1-2 day courier delivery for it to (hopefully) arrive by Friday. Honestly didn't think it would, but guess what, it did, and it looked great. Recipient loves it 👍👍👍
