    This would have been a one star review, but for the reception staff, who are friendly attentive & professional ... so an extra star for them. Sadly the service department has severe communication problems. On 1st March I had a brake fluid service and an MOT. No issues with that, except that the service advisor simply told me that the car had passed the MOT, and gave me the bill. I asked for the certificate and was told "Oh, it'll be in the car". No mention of the advisories, nor any advice on them - I thought I had a clean pass until I got home and looked at the MOT certificate. OK, corroded brake discs and a leaking hydraulic bush aren't too much to worry about in the short term, but ... I intend to sell the car later this year, so I need to address these items. The same evening I emailed the advisor & asked for a quote. As I had purchased the BMW comprehensive warranty I also asked whether any of the remedial work would be covered (not the regular consumables, but replacing bushes etc). No response. Phoned a few days later - "Oh, your email had gone into spam - I'll get back to you with a price" To be fair he did point out that inner face disc corrosion is not unusual, so I was fine with at aspect. All I wanted was the quote, and to know the warranty status. Nothing. a couple more emails & more phone calls followed. Never available on the phone, never a call returned, email never answered. So on 29th March I sent a final email to say that I had given up on Sopers and gone to an independent. No response, of course, although I did say not to bother. Even so, I would have expected an apology and some attempt, however half hearted, to make amends. But no. What Sopers' problem is I have no idea, but at least the refund from cancelling my BMW warranty will subsidise the repairs. Who knows - I may break even!

    Read before visiting Soper! I recently purchased a BMW 330d M Sport XDrive 2019 from Soper after owning my Audi over 5 years. I couldn't wait to get behind the wheel of another BMW being a huge fan. I found the perfect car and spoke to the salesman at Soper Lincoln, sent a personalised video i paid the deposit (over half of the vehicle value) and was ready to collect the following weekend. Upon arrival after my 2 hour drive, we noticed the car wasn't in great condition or as described and they didn't even go through the effort of valeting the car properly, with marks and stains everywhere, there was so many issues and was just shocking that we had to drive so far to see this in person. The salesman just shrugged this all off and said there want anything they could do. Issue was i needed a car and after nearly an hour of back and forth they just about agreed and gave me very little money back. Driving the car for a week i notice it was pulling and called Soper, again once they sell you a car they are not interested in you after! Told they cant do anything and i will have to sort it myself. So a nice worded email to their managers, i then received a phone call asking me to get the tyre changed and soper would pay for it. I done this and after weeks i hear nothing back, tried calling multiple times and nothing, once again another strong worded email and within 30mins i received payment in my bank for the tyre, but yet no phone call or even response to any of my emails to apologies or check if this resolved the issue. As such, i then left Soper a very honest feedback on my whole experience, and nearly 2 weeks later receive a phone call by the Sales Manager asking why ive issued another complaint. After explaining it wasn't a complaint but feedback on what was to say the least a shocking experience, all i received back was a sorry and nothing else, you can tell he just didnt care! In summary, Soper wants to really sell you a car, and once they do they wont care about you or the car. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, ive dealt with Jardine Motors and others in the past and miles better than Soper, i regret not just paying the extra to at least have peace of mind. Looking to now part exchange my car for another Audi and just ending this entire BMW Soper ordeal! I've given them plenty of opportunities to make this situation better but complete disregard from sales team all the way up to management, and to be frank they dont care about customers and just want to hit sales targets and nothing else - feedback on google speaks for itself! Stay well clear and take your business elsewhere!

    Refused to allow us to charge our electric Mini when driving past. Porsche, Renault and Volvo dealers all allow owners to charge at all dealers. Has put me off buying another electric Mini.
