I can’t believe how easy and hassle free the service was from Sootys. I booked in with a delightful lady who explained the process to me (first time we have had it cleaned) and she was good to her word. Andy turned up on time with all the correct gear to ensure our carpets were kept nice and white during his visit. Also gave me the time, when I asked him some silly questions. Very pleasant experience and look forward to having him back next year.......maybe when COVID isn’t causing us all this disruption, as my son would have loved to watch him work.
