Be careful booking online as it takes a deposit, you think it's all booked! You get a text message day before reply Y to confirm you'll be attending ect but when you arrive communication with the system hasn't worked and you don't have a booking after changing you diary at work and organising you day. Was told the stylist was actually out of business for the day and should have had a call! Which I didn't receive.I Don't think it's the stylists fault though! I wouldn't usually complain but there is an error in the system and it was really disappointing as I was so looking forward to a bit of a revamp.
