This surgery provides excellent service. As an over 70 year old, I find that the staff always have time for you and are very helpful. In an emergency same day appointments are available and non emergency appointments either on site or by phone are within a very reasonable time frame. My husband and I feel fortunate being patients at this surgery.

Useless doctors have no idea. Not professional i do not trust them after my experience. Also their website is just as useless. You would have thought you could book an appointment on their website to save their phone line from always being engaged. The service is appalling, it could be so much better if they were organised.

My experience at Sonning Common Health Centre was life changing. I was suddenly unable to walk properly, I managed to get to the Health Centre and was seen almost immediately by Dr Nick Smith. He correctly diagnosed a rare life threatening virus, Gullain-Barre Syndrome. Dr Smith immediately phoned the Royal Berks and arranged treatment that saved my life. I'm fully recovered because I continued to receive excellent, professional treatment from the Sonning Common Health Centre.
