    Made an order of three items in June, one being a pre-order. I am still awaiting all items. I have contacted them via their website, email, Facebook and Instagram, and have phone three different phone numbers associated with the company, all of which are disconnected. My family drove from London yesterday to visit the shop in person, and we were advised the staff would contact their manager, and to return the next day. We came back that evening half an hour before closing time to see the shop had been shut early, and then again this morning to find the windows boarded up! Upon doing research, we have learned that the company have gone into liquidation and have closed their Salisbury store, but have still been trading online. As the estimated delivery date was 6 months after the order date, it is too late to ask PayPal to intervene meaning we have lost over £100 worth of items.

    Ordered in May 21 but the company don't answer emails or messages to refund the goods that didn't arrive. Can't go through PayPal as after 180 days. Harry Strevens is striking this company off and starting another called Portsmouth Collectibles - he's a con man.

    Pe-ordered items last year - they do not reply to any emails or messages, and now I hear from other customers online the business may be in financial trouble. Will be double-checking this with trading standards, but looks like I wont be getting an item or refund. Shop elsewhere.

    All these reviews I wish I had seen months ago when I placed order because I would have ran away now I’m claiming fraud through my CC company as Sonnar breached their side of consumer contract. This company clearly has financial issues and keeps taking customers money knowing they won’t fulfill orders.I would recommend contacting your bank ASAP to reclaim do not goto store they have threatened previous customers who did this with legal action and the police they really are awful people.

    Refusing to give me a refund, (it seems like the same case for a lot of people) surely we can do something? for quite a large amount bare in mind, been waiting for over 3 months, made the original request in September and it’s nearly January 2023. Do not use this company. Contact a consumer ombudsman as they will not deal with your complaints. It should be illegal that they can withhold YOUR money.

    A very bad experience, If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a studio series sentinel prime which is still available for pre order on their site however the item has never been stock. When I contacted them and they actually replied the first time, they were quite polite apologised and said that I was entitled to a full refund. They cancelled my order on the 2nd of November, It's the 22nd of December now and I'm still yet to receive the refund. After multiple attempts they are now no longer replying to any of my emails. I'm now having to go via my bank to get the money back (that they said I could have an a refund) that they just not sending me. I'd find somewhere else to get your stuff.
