At first i had very negative things to say about this shop. During my experience i was put in the wrong size by a stylist and when we picked up my dress we were simply told it's in the terms and conditions. However, once taking my dress home, me and my mom realised that it was nothing like the dress i tried on in the shop due to it being more puffy. Because of this we took the prom dress back into the store and explained the situation, and how upset i was that this wasn't the dress i wanted. I showed the manager pictures of the dress i tried on and the dress I received and she could clearly see the difference. Therefore, the manager assisted me in adding dresses to my rail and she was a brilliant help. Jasmine, who helped fit the dresses, was fantastic in finding the correct size. They double checked that nobody in my school has had any of the dresses which were on my rail, due to it being so close to prom. Furthermore, they were a brilliant help and so understanding that the dress i received was not the same and made me feel immensly insecure.

absolutely disgusting. customer service is so poor. every dress is somehow damaged , what type of prom dress shop allows this , should be shut down. the quality of everything is honestly 0 stars.Awful absolutely do not recommend …

Found a dress from here, and came back to it the next day. Was not told about the damage when I was originally purchasing. Came back to purchase and was told there is damage and needed only £30 worth of work, every tailor has told me it will cost about £100.

No help with guidance on dresses. Try on dresses on rail were either ripped or teared, zips broken the lot. One staff on helping various people. Eventually just walked out.

Would like to say my granddaughter and I had an excellent experience at sonique . Ellie was especially good and patient with us and we got the perfect dress . The staff are all lovely and polite and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a special dress. .

Great dress but the service is terrible, ignorant staff, dress was delayed with zero contact so went to collect and it was not there. Then delivered and wrong colour... Good job we ordered 5 months early.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went to the store and choose my dress and ordered it in January they told me at the store that it should be ready too collect in march or April and it got to the end of April still hadn’t heard anything from them. I rang them 3 times they never got back to me and then when I said I was coming into the store they finally responded I went to the store and they said that the next delivery is the 20th may which is ridiculous as it carries on getting pushed back so I wanted a refund and now I have 2 month to get a dress .

Four times I had to travel to the shop for my dress. Ordered and didn’t receive any information for months, when it was finally ordered it was the wrong colour. Terrible service.
