    Excellent customer service! The first tub of Vegan Unscented Massage Wax I ordered from Songbird arrived with a loose lid – meaning a lot of the massage wax had leaked out of the tub into the box. I called in to complain and the lady I spoke to on the phone agreed to send me another tub of the same massage wax. The second tub has now arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! The massage wax itself is lovely and I'm happy to begin using it with clients. I will be reordering in the future.
