Mark from Song and Dance DJ'd at my 70th Birthday party last Saturday. He was very professional from start to finish, helping the party run smoothly and get people onto the dance floor. He played the 20 tracks I had specially chosen and fitted the rest of the play list around my favourite types of music. There were no hiccups and the equipment was first class, as was the DJ. Mark @ Song N Dance was an excellent and obvious choice of wedding host/disco provider with punctual and expert delivery. He was a communicative supplier from start to finish. Mark was so attentive with want we wanted, right from the moment we had our first meeting up until our special day. He was with us throughout the day, in which he provided an early bird service to act as a host during our wedding breakfast and into the night. He made everyone feel at ease about nerve wracking speeches, orchestrating the event and occasion with light humour accompanied with a very beautiful atmosphere. The music we chose from Mark's list contributed to the happy ambience and then we were able to have our top 20 choices for the evening playlist. Our expectations of Song N Dance were exceeded, he went above and beyond for us and his excellent quality shined through and he demonstrated experienced professionalism. We highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants a wonderful, joyous wedding! It really was the attention to detail and the extra special touches that made the event run so smoothly. It was truly special to share the day with him and he checked in on us throughout the day and kept us informed when it was appropriate but also handled things independently when it was right to do so. He liaised with the venue, caterers, and family throughout to make an amazing event for our special day. We are still living the happy memories of the day, every day and we're sure for the rest of our life together as the Murray's... Top class entertainment! Mark was our go to person when looking for a professional event organiser given the years of experience and knowledge of his craft. We have attended many events where Mark from Song N Dance had created the perfect day and we wanted that for our son and his fiance'. After Tommy & Hayley confirmed the wedding date Mark was booked. Mark was switched on and involved throughout we could not fault his attention to detail. Nothing was left to chance and Mark was and is a perfectionist who not just gave advice knowing what does and does not work but he listened and everything the happy couple wanted happened as planned. Mark from song and dance did an excellent job of our wedding. He met us a few times before the wedding to help us with the organising and choice of music. We gave him around 20 songs to get a feel for our tastes and he really nailed the playlist. We had our "first dance" and unusually we did a "last" dance. And mark did an excellent job of announcing, and timing so that it all worked perfectly. Bride note: thanks Mark for adjusting your playlist on the fly to an ABBA/Cher dance party for me and my bridesmaids, whilst my husband stole half our guests for cigar photos! We had a great time, and so did our guests. Would highly recommend Mark's services. He did an excellent job of reading the room and adapting his set. Thanks Mark, from Rowan and Philly.
